Hi! Thanks for visiting my page and taking the time to find out a little bit about me. First and foremost, I am a Mom to 2 spirited little girls and they are the reason I decided to become a photographer.
I PHOTOGRAPH THE JOY, THE LOVE AND YES, THE TEARS!
I take tons of phone photos and I am grateful for the convenience to make digital memories. But sometimes I would see them in little moments and think OMG, they are so beautiful! Those are the moments I want to frame and stare at forever. They are the most beautiful forms of art I could ever create or possess.
PHOTOS SHOULD MAKE YOU FEEL SOMETHING!
Sometimes I really want them to smile right into the camera so I can see their full face, but not some tortured, weird, toothy grin that they give the school photographer! I want a genuine smile, laugh, or whatever emotion! Those moments are priceless and I want to document it...and guess what? I am really good at making people laugh! I also see the sweet moments that can go unnoticed and they often produce my favorite memories to capture. If this is something you can relate to, then please reach out and let's work together!

Value is subjective
Do you perhaps think professional photos cost a little too much? I used to think that. Then someone told me how children tend to lose early memories at around age 7. This is known as childhood or infantile amnesia. I often questioned whether or not I had an actual memory as a kid or was it from a photograph? My father fortunately made memories with his 35mm camera and I was able to see my life as a child, retold in those photographs.
Maybe no one has ever presented this perspective before and so hiring a photographer was considered a luxury and not worth the expense. Consider this...are you a hobbyist? Do you ride an expensive bike or own designer shoes? Our thoughts on what we value is different from everyone else. I had to evacuate my home for a wild fire and I made sure to grab my hard drives of digitals photographs and my box of prints. What valuable items would you grab?
